Your CV is received by us as a result of you applying for a job vacancy, that has been advertised by a Third Party Recruitment Agency/Organisation.

By applying for a job vacancy advertised by a recruitment agency or an organisation who subscribe to the Harley Medical Services Platform, you should have explicitly consented to your data being added to the Harley Medical Services Platform for the purpose of assisting you in securing new or alternative employment.

You will have been emailed login details to access your Harley Medical Services Profile that will have been automatically created for you to view, edit and manage.

contact information including email address

details of your employment history

skills, qualifications and attributes

demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What we do with the information we gather:

When you apply for a vacancy which is posted on the Harley Medical Services Technology Platform.

From time to time you may receive an email notifying you of current vacancies that have been matched specifically to your profile.

We do not delete your data unless requested to do so by you either by email to or through an unsubscribe request.

You have the option of unsubscribing by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email received from us or emailing info@harleymed.com by clicking the delete option on Harley Medical Services account.
